• More than 25 years' experience as a Consultant with international and independent audit firms and a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (Fractional CFO).

• 7 years' experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with French and international groups.

• 20 years' experience delivering training in Management, Finance, Organization, Process Automation, Business Strategy and Business Creation, both in higher education institutions and within companies.

"I founded my company in 2005 after recognizing that many of the management and organizational needs of SME business leaders remained unmet. Due to a lack of time, in-house expertise or financial resources, many administrative and financial matters were left unresolved, organizations were not sufficiently structured, digitalized or optimized, affecting the company's profitability and financial stability and, in some cases, even threatening its long-term sustainability.

Driven by a constant commitment to delivering genuine added value to the businesses I support, I naturally decided to help business leaders by creating a pioneering Fractional CFO service, combined with a consulting offering.

Since then, Afine Conseil has supported SMEs across a wide range of industries, regardless of their size. Beyond a certain stage of growth, however, I generally recommend recruiting an in-house finance professional and assist the company throughout that process.
